Ms. Pieper is the DOD Secure Information Sharing Portfolio Manager.
Her portfolio includes information exchange standards, content discovery and retrieval services, data strategy services and identity management services.
Ms. Pieper is also the Head of Delegation to the NATO Data and Services Working Group, and the DOD representative to the Data Aggregation Working group, which is chaired by the Department of Homeland Security and the Program Manager Information Sharing Environment.
Ms. Pieper started her career in the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community 30 years ago. Prior to returning to the DOD, Ms. Pieper worked in the technology, communications and financial sectors. Her educational background includes a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelors of Science in Computer Information Systems.
