Mr. Stubbs is a Senior Engineer in the Enterprise Wide System Engineering (EWSE) Branch of the Defense Information Systems Agency. EWSE supports the DoD CIO by performing a variety of technical analyses and developing technical guidance to ensure end-to-end interoperability across the Global Information Grid. Mr. Stubbs has served in a variety of engineering, modeling and simulation, and architecture development positions within ASD(NII) and DISA for over 20 years and currently leads EWSE efforts on development of GIG NetOps architectures and technical standards. Mr. Stubbs has a BSEE from the University of Idaho, an MSEE from George Washington University, and is a CISSP.
