The registration fee covers the cost of attending the conference and sessions, access to the exhibits, light continental breakfast, mid-morning and afternoon breaks and refreshments, lunch for three days and the networking reception on Tuesday night.Onsite Registration

Cancellation requests received before March 9, 2012 will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received March 10 thru April 17 will receive a refund less a $75.00 transaction fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 18, 2012. Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellations as long as there is no change in the financial transaction. All substitutions and cancellations must be made in writing to email@example.com.
