**Only available for active-duty military and civilian employees of the Government. Does not apply to contractors working for the government in any capacity.
The registration fee covers the cost of attending the conference and sessions, access to the exhibits, continental breakfast each day, mid-morning and afternoon breaks and refreshments, lunch for three days, and the networking reception on Tuesday night.
Onsite Registration
Please do not fax or mail any registrations after April 18, 2012. After this date, bring your registration form with you to the conference for onsite registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone; payment must be made at the time of registration. Online registration will close after April 10, 2012.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests received before March 9, 2012 will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received March 10 thru April 17 will receive a refund less a $75.00 transaction fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 18, 2012. Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellations as long as there is no change in the financial transaction. All substitutions and cancellations must be made in writing to blauer@afei.org.
